1. Initial Design Concepts

You’ll receive 2 logo concepts, created based on your design questionnaire and our initial discussion.

The concepts explore refined variations within one clear direction, not unrelated styles.

2. Revisions

Up to 5 revision rounds are included.

Revisions focus on refining and improving the selected concept.
Requests for an entirely new direction outside the original scope are not included.

This keeps the process efficient and the result focused.

3. Timeline

The standard timeline is 3–5 business days, starting after:

• The design questionnaire is submitted, and

• The initial consultation is completed.

If additional time is needed due to workload or extended feedback, you’ll be notified in advance.

4. Final Deliverables

Once the final logo is approved, you’ll receive:

• AI source file

• PDF file

• High-resolution JPG files

• Transparent PNG files

• 2 professional mockup images

• 1 digital business card design (single person)

All files are ready for both digital and print use.

5. Refund Policy

• 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of payment, before any work begins

• 50% refund if canceled after the initial concepts are delivered

• No refunds once revision work has started

This policy helps protect both your decision-making process and production time.

6. Additional Notes

All designs are custom-made and original.
